    COMMENCEMENT DAY NOTICE 2023

    BR 50 / 2023

    The Minister responsible for labour, in exercise of the power conferred by section
    23 of the Employment (Minimum Hourly Wage Entitlement) Act 2022, gives the following
    Notice:

    Citation
    1 This Notice may be cited as the Employment (Minimum Hourly Wage Entitlement)
    Act 2022 Commencement Day Notice 2023.

    Commencement
    2 The Employment (Minimum Hourly Wage Entitlement) Act 2022 shall come into
    operation on 1 June 2023.
