Zoom Meeting

I. Call to Order

meeting to order at 5:31

VI. Old Business

Sandra asked Joan to write a check to Lovelock Junction for 50% of
the cost of the dinner/dance. Joan will have the check dropped off to
Sandra and Karen tomorrow, May 3.

 Joan stated that she only has 10 Reservations for the dinner as of
this date. She has received about $1,545.00 in dinner/dues and
donations.

She also has received about 100 invitations back with incorrect
addresses. About 60 of them have had a new address sticker on
them, and Jerry said that she has changed the addresses, and
mailed out new invitations to these people.

Mr. Schottel has contacted Sandra and said that he will have the
scholarship applications to her next week, so that the board can
score them, and get a list of the scholarship winners back to the
school before the awards dinner.

Jerry will attend the awards dinner to present the scholarship awards
to those who will receive them. Jerry will also find out from the school
who the Valedictorian, Salutatorian are, and who will receive the
Leadership award.

There have been no Hall of Fame nominations, as yet.
