your arms, and make your nose
or chest touch the ground.
Come back up and repeat
Station 3:
Tricep
Dips

Put both hands on a bench and


fold them resulting in you going
down
Station 4:
Mountain
Climbers

Hold yourself up with both arms


straightened out and your legs
should do a walk/run movement
Station 5:
Bicycle
Crunches

Lay down, move one leg up and


the opposite shoulder down,
and make them touch. Both
hands should be on head
Station 6:
High
knees

Raise your leg and your


opposite arm, repeat for other
leg and arm
Station 7:
Burpees

Do a push up on the ground, get


up, and do a leap in the air
Station 8:
Squats

Bend your legs and go down,


come back up and repeat
Station 9:
Plank

Lay on you arms while your


arms are in a 90 degree angle
Station 10:
Jumping Jacks

Stand with your legs together


and your arms to your side,
extend your arms and legs with
a jump.
