CHAPTER 1-Introduction and Background

a) Describe the rationale for your project.

b) Project aims – what are you trying to achieve with your project?
c) Project objectives – what research questions do you have?

CHAPTER 1 (INTRODUCTION)

1.1 Introduction
1.2 Aim of study
1.3 Objective of the study
1.4 Rationale of the study
1.5 Conceptual Framework (Draw the framework)
1.6 Hypothesis
CHAPTER 2- LITERATURE REVIEW

a) Your initial literature review linked to your objectives (or research

questions) which are questions that are asking you to collect
information required to enable you to answer the question(s).

CHAPTER2 (LITERATURE REVIEW)

2.1 Introduction

2.2 Based on framework and look at the literature with at least 6 sources on the
concept , describe ,explain and be critical

Summary of the chapter (example)

Literature review where the independent variable had been studied and pinned by
researcher before approaching further to methodology & data analysis. Researcher
approached methodology to collect the customer data and arrange for analysis by
using explained variable and their items equally. Each variable was having four
different components and those were used to evaluate by distributing function of
agree/disagree, or other standard to identify customer satisfaction level in
methodology.

This section will demonstrate your knowledge of the literature and make a critical link with
the research question to be investigated. Students are expected to critically review at least 6
sources to underpin the study. The literature should mostly rely on published academic
journal articles in the research area. This critical activity should produce a conceptual
framework.
CHAPTER 3-METHODS AND METHOLODY

a) Outline of key research methodologies you plan to use to help you to

access the information. Could be secondary and/or primary
data/information sources.
b) Creating a project plan
c) Could briefly outline the type of analysis you may be able to undertake
when you have accessed this data/information – this will form chapter
4 of your actual research project report for BIN3023-N.

CHAPTER 3 (METHODOLOGY)
Introduction
Researcher studied secondary and primary resources and developed literature review
basis on that for building understanding on the variable and items. The Chapter 3
added number components as Selection of participants, Sampling procedure,
Instrument Questionnaire, Data analysis, research consideration, Summary etc.

This section should provide a detailed rationale of how you intend to achieve your research
objectives. You are expected to address the following areas:

- Type of investigation: Explain clearly whether your research can be classified as an

exploratory, descriptive or hypothesis testing study. Refer to the lecture notes and textbook
for details on each type. - Data collection method: Explain how you are going to collect the
data (e.g. postal questionnaire, telephone interview, focus group, etc) and why this fits the
purpose of your research.

- Sampling method: Explain whether you plan to use a probability or non-probability

sampling design and the specific sampling technique. The study participants should be able
to offer the right type of information to enable you address the research problem.

- Accessibility issues: what accessibility issues are you likely to encounter when you collect
the data? How are you going to manage the accessibility issues?

- Ethical issues: You must discuss any ethical issues that are relevant to your research topic,
participants, and method. Discuss how you are going to deal with the ethical issues.
- Data analysis plan: how you intend to analyse the data you will collect? This section must
be consistent with the previous section on data collection method and must be mindful of
the nature of the data collected, whether this is quantitative or qualitative.

- Research limitations: Define the limitations of the study that you believe you may
encounter and could be affect the quality, scope, or value of the research.

3.1 Selection of Participants

3.2 Sampling Procedures

3.3 Instrument (Questionnaire)

3.4 Data Collection

3.5 Data Analysis

3.6 Research Ethics Considerations

3.7 Summary
CHAPTER 4 Findings and Analysis

Mention what methods you use to analysis.

4.1 Introduction (Example)

Researcher provided the detailed analysis in Chapter IV of the data collected from
respondents using SPSS version 26 software authorised by TU.The demographic data
consisted of 1) Age, 2) Gender 3) Nationality 4). Further, Mean Median, Mode, for
demographic version to analyse data, and Skewness, kurtosis, histogram were there
for normal curve for the dispersion. Researcher approached to reliability test by using
items of four variables by using reliability function, using Cronbach’s Alpha, Mean
and Standard deviation with Error Bar graph and correlations. Final approach to data
analysis was as factor analysis in the SPSS where KMO sampling and Total variance
measures and Scree Plot for additional understanding via graphic view for the reader.
CHAPTER 5: CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

a) Overview what your project is trying to achieve (your project aims).

b) What questions were you planning to answer (your objectives)?
c) What have you shown (your research findings – linked to the
objectives)?
d) What methods are you planning to use to collect the data/information?
e) Any ethical issues and potential problems?
CHAPTER 6- SELF REFLECTION

• Provide a Gantt chart and describe the proposed project journey.
