    SUBJECT: BALLOT ACTIVITIES PROCESS

    Once the memo announcement for the company’s ballot car is circulated, participants are
    invited to view the vehicles on display. No vehicle test drive is allowed, and video car display
    will be shared by e-mail alert.

    The vehicles offered are excluding Road Tax and Insurance costs. No further cost shall be
    borne by the company to the winning ballots in any situation. Participants must ensure their
    eligibility before applying for the vehicle.

    Interested participants can submit forms for more than one vehicle. The application forms
    must be attached together with participant’s certified true copy of driving license and QR Pay
    payment receipt amounting RM200 per vehicle as participation fee
    .
    Please submit the completed forms via e-mail to ballotcompanycar@gmail.com. The
    successful associates’ names will be announced via Memo.
