LIST OF PUBLIC HOLIDAYS FOR 2079 (2022/2023)

Ncell is pleased to announce that out of 15 days of Public holidays, 14 days will be considered as Fixed
when whole of Ncell Offices will remain closed.

For remaining 1 day, employees will be given an option to choose from the list of flexi holiday based on
his/her religion and culture sensitivities adhering to the value of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. However,
please note that Ncell Offices will remain opened during this one day.

Note:

1. Employees must mandatorily apply 1 flexi holiday in SAP latest by Ashad 31, 2079. Employee will
have an option to change the flexi holiday by applying in SAP at least 15 days prior to the opted
flexi holiday.
2. Addition to the 14 fixed holidays and 1 flexi holiday, Haritalika Teej (Bhadra 14, 2079 / August 30,
2022) will be an additional public holiday for female employees while colleagues must attain all
business exigencies, if any.
3. Employees in Operational Departments and Ncell Center should consult with their respective
managers to avail the PH as declared above.
