SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, RUNETH RIVERA BARAWID, of legal age, Filipino, single and resident of House No. 2,
Blk. 4 Lot 18 North Grove Subd., Maharlika Highway, Cabanatuan City, by these presents do hereby name,
constitute and appoint ALVIN MENDOZA BARAWID, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident Blk.
10A Lot 18-19, Primavera Homes, Brgy. Cabu, Cabanatuan City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY- IN-
FACT, for me and in my name, place and stead and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any
of the following acts and deeds to wit;

1. To transact and enter into negotiation with TOYOTA FINANCING, MAKATI CITY,
regarding my motor vehicle loan account, and/or to update, ask for a statement of account and
provide the necessary payment, in cash or in check, for the settlement, updating or full payment of
the said motor vehicle loan account;

2. To sign, deliver, execute and receive papers and documents in my behalf regarding my motor
vehicle loan with TOYOTA FINANCING, MAKATI CITY, including its Certificate of Registration,
Official receipt, Release of Chattel Mortgage and other pertinent documents in relation motor vehicle
loan account;

3. HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective the power to pay my remaining balance to the
above-mentioned bank, as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING
ALL that it may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of
this instrument.

4. That I am executing this Special Power of Attorney for the above-mentioned reason and for
such other legal purpose this may serve.
