With reference to the above mentioned subject we are writing to bring to your attention a matter
regarding the payment for the second progressive invoice, which was submitted on 17th April 2023
at e11 office.

We regret to inform you that we have not yet received the payment for the aforementioned invoice.
This delay in receiving the payment is causing a significant impact on the progress of the project we
are currently working on.

As per our agreement, the progressive payments are crucial for us to sustain the project's
momentum and ensure the timely completion of the assigned tasks. Unfortunately, the delay in
receiving the second progressive payment is hindering our ability to proceed smoothly with the
project. This delay directly affects the allocation of resources, materials, which may consequently
impact the overall progress.

We kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to process the payment for
the second progressive invoice as soon as possible. Doing so would greatly help us resume work on
the project without any further interruptions.
