CARPENTRY CONTRACT AGREEMENT

PARTIES
The Carpentry Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “ Agreement ) is entered into
on July 20, 2008 , by Hamza and ALI , with an address of XYZ Wapda town (hereinafter
referred to as the “Carpenter”) , and with an address of ABC green town (hereinafter referred
to as the “Client”) collectively referred to the “Parties”).

SCOPE OF WORK
The Carpenterr agrees to perform the wooden fixtures described below:

1. Carpenter will take payment in advance to start a project.


2. Carpenter will not charge extra amount in case of inflation.
3. Review agreements which owner may desire to enter with respect to the project.
4. Consultations between the parties on the preparation of budgeting, scheduling ,
evaluation, cost estimation, selection of material and others important things happened
before the beginning of that project.
5. In the case of any change in the term and conditions those conditions must be clear to
both parties.
6. Provide incentives.
7. Under the contract of indemnity carpenter will be responsible in case of any damage of
client.
8. In the case of insolvency carpenter is discharge from the obligation.
9. In the addition to aforementioned, the carpenter agrees to abide by the perform all the
work that is shown on the carpentry plan on the property,s site.
10. Information about any necessary equipment rentals and who will pay the rental fees.
11. Information about any warranties for materials to be used.
12. If there are any architectural drawings, they should be attached to the contract.
13. Explanation of what will happen if work is done improperly or is incomplete.
14. Repairs of any unexpected damages that may occur while the project takes place.
15. Billing reductions or docked wages for lateness or unreasonable delays.
