1.Discuss the high-performance in the organization?


- A High Performing Company is one that produces financial and non-financial outcomes that
are substantially superior to those of its peer group over a five-year or longer period by focusing
in a focused manner on what matters most to the organization, in other words the success
factor of high performance in organization is Openness & Action Orientation. Long-Term
Orientation. Continuous Improvement & Renewal. Quality of Employees.

2.What is multiculturalism, and how can workforce diversity be managed?


- Multiculturalism is characterized as the coexistence of various cultures, where culture refers to
ethnic, religious, or cultural groups, and is expressed by customary practices, cultural
assumptions, and values, thought patterns, and communication styles. All in the workplace
should set an example by embracing and respecting differences. Prioritize peace and common
sense over correctness and employ a sense of humor and/or a positive attitude. Do not get too
personal; often people are just having a bad day or are going through a tough situation. A
multicultural company is one that hires people from a wide variety of backgrounds in all divisions
and provides them with equal opportunities for feedback and advancement.

3.How do ethics and social responsibility influence human behavior in organizations?


- In terms of human conduct, ethics represents views on what is right, what is wrong, what is
just, what is unfair, what is good, and what is evil. On a personal level, within occupations, and
at the organizational level, ethical standards and values act as a guide to action. social
responsibility can take several forms, including formal company policies and community-
development initiatives. Although it is not often the focus of ethics policies, individual human
behavior can play a large role in corporate social responsibility. The way in which people treat
