Siemens has been a leading multinational company in Pakistan for more than 50 years. It is
engaged in the energy, health care, industry, infrastructure & cities sectors. As of 2019, Siemens
Pakistan had around 2,288 employees.
Siemens Company Limited - Pakistan is an engineering company that provides a wide range of
products and services in various fields. The company employs different departmentalization
approaches to manage its operations and enhance its efficiency. The five departmentalization
approaches used by Siemens Pakistan are:
