The interested parties of the company are the future clients, who will be part of the
ING Bank group. The impact after the campaign can be summarized as follows:
 Generating interest and desire to purchase: stimulating the interest and desire of
customers to purchase the advertised services.
 Building relationship with customers
 Boosting loyalty: highlighting the value and quality of services, strengthening the
emotional connection with customers, making them loyal over time and causing them
to remain loyal customers.
 Influence of perception

Corporate Social Responsibility:


1. Participation in charitable actions - active involvement in creating a better world.
2. Environmental protection - policies and practices to reduce negative impact on the
environment, reduce carbon emissions, manage resources efficiently, use renewable
energy, promote recycling and conserve natural resources.
3. Participating in the marathon - encouraging movement among colleagues.
4. Model for vulnerable children - activities to take place in foster care centers.
5. Social inclusion - promoting diversity and equality within the organization, ensuring
an inclusive and non-discriminatory work environment. Implementing recruitment
and promotion programs that provide equal opportunities for all employees,
regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or sexual orientation.

Using Excel for a customer database is a simple and basic solution. For more complex
needs or to benefit from advanced functionality such as automation or detailed reports, it is
recommended to use specialized customer relationship management software.
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a complex CRM system
that also includes customer database functionality. This application allows to manage
customer information including demographic data, interaction history, requests and
transactions.

 Online collaboration systems (Google Drive, Microsoft, Zoom...) in the development
of group projects
 Online communication platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber) used for
online interviews or for more limited communication within the bank.
