ING Bank group. The impact after the campaign can be summarized as follows:
Generating interest and desire to purchase: stimulating the interest and desire of
customers to purchase the advertised services.
Building relationship with customers
Boosting loyalty: highlighting the value and quality of services, strengthening the
emotional connection with customers, making them loyal over time and causing them
to remain loyal customers.
Influence of perception
Using Excel for a customer database is a simple and basic solution. For more complex
needs or to benefit from advanced functionality such as automation or detailed reports, it is
recommended to use specialized customer relationship management software.
Microsoft Dynamics 365: Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a complex CRM system
that also includes customer database functionality. This application allows to manage
customer information including demographic data, interaction history, requests and
transactions.
