1. How would you explain the difference between a
business email and a business letter?
2. Imagine you are a head of HR in the company.
Write a short memo to your staff in your department
stating that there will be mandatory CPR training on
upcoming Friday at 3pm.

Answer

1. The difference between a business Email and a business letter is that a business Email is a
letter that is created electronically so that it requires an internet connection to create it.
while a business letter is written manually with a business purpose and is in the form of a
print out and format using writing in general and using the company's official corp or stamp.

2. Bayangkan Anda adalah seorang kepala SDM di perusahaan. Tulislah memo singkat kepada
staf Anda di departemen Anda yang menyatakan bahwa akan ada pelatihan CPR wajib pada
hari Jumat mendatang pada pukul 15.00
