2. 06.12.1990 By virtue of Registered Deed of Sale executed and
registered on 6th December 1990 Deed No. 10428 – Mr.
Prabhas Chander Chaudhary sold, transferred and
conveyed the 5 Cottahs of Plot 4 Khasra No. 59 Village
Damodar Pur District Begusarai to ONE MOHAMMAD
KAMRAN AND OTHER ONE MOHAMMAD IMRAN
both S/o. Mohammad Anwar.

registered on 13th September 1990 Deed No. 7443 – Mr.
Prabhas Chander Chaudhary sold, transferred and
conveyed the 5 Cottahs of Plot 4 Khasra No. 59 Village
Damodar Pur District Begusarai to One MOHAMMAD
ANWAR S/o Mohammad Yusuf.
4. 06.12.1990 By virtue of Registered Deed of Sale executed and
registered on 6th December 1990 Deed No. 10429 – Mr.
Prabhas Chander Chaudhary sold, transferred and
conveyed the 5 Cottahs of Plot 4 Khasra No. 59 Village
Damodar Pur District Begusarai to ONE MOHAMMAD
ANWAR S/o Mohammad Yusuf.
5. In the events recited hereinabove MOHAMMAD ANWAR
S/o Mohammad Yusuf absolutely owned, seized &
possessed and became recorded owner for 10 Cottahs
of Plot 4 Khasra No. 59 Village Damodar Pur District
Begusarai and MOHAMMAD KAMRAN AND OTHER
ONE MOHAMMAD IMRAN both S/o. Mohammad
Anwar absolutely owned, seized & possessed and
became recorded owner for 10 Cottahs of Plot 4 Khasra
No. 59 Village Damodar Pur District Begusarai. Both
Aggregating to 20 Cottahs of Land at Plot 4 Khasra
No. 59 Village Damodar Pur District Begusarai.
6. 26.10.2009 By virtue of a Deed of Trust dated 26 th Day of October
2009 a trust was duly created in the name of M. A. Y.
A Charitable Trust by Md. Anwar in favour of the
trustees for the terms and conditions mentioned and
described in the said Deed of Trust.
7. 20.08.2013 & By virtue of one Deed of Donation dated 20th August
12.05.2015 2013 and Other Dated 12th May 2015, Mohammad
Anwar S/o Mohammad Yusuf for himself and in the
capacity of natural guardian of Mohammad Kamran
and Mohammad Imran – donated the right, title and
interest in the said premises 20 Cottahs of Land at
Plot 4 Khasra No. 59 Village Damodar Pur District
Begusarai as mentioned above absolutely and forever
unto and in favour of M M Rehmani B. Ed Collage –
an education institution by M. A. Y. A. Charitable
Trust.
8. 13.05.2015 Affiliation Letter was provided by National Council for
Teacher Education in favour of M M Rehmani B. Ed
Collage – an education institution by M. A. Y. A.
Charitable Trust for B. Ed Course.
9. 02.05.2016 Affiliation Letter was provided by National Council for
Teacher Education in favour of M M Rehmani B. Ed
 Collage – an education institution by M. A. Y. A.
Charitable Trust for D. Eled Course.
10. 02.03.2023 By virtue of lease agreement executed and registered on
02nd March 2023 – Mrs. Madina Khatoon provided a 21
years Lease to M M Rehmani B. Ed Collage for terms
and conditions mentioned in the said lease agreement.
