Partial Administration Agreement between Raúl Falagán Zotes
and Cd Baby
Ladies and Gentlemen: This is to advise that Raúl Falagán Zotes
IPI# 380.441.867 has entered into an exclusive administration and
collection agreement with CD Baby for the administration of all
musical compositions owned and or/controlled by Raúl Falagán
Zotes listed on attached Schedule A. Accordingly, from and after
the date set forth above, society is hereby authorized and directed
to address all correspondence, inquiries, royalty statements and
royalty payments (regardless of when such monies were earned)
for Raúl Falagán Zotes in respect of the Subject Compositions
directly to CD Baby at the following address: CD Baby c/o
Songtrust 485 Broadway, 3rd Floor New York, NY 10013 This
authorization shall remain in full effect until modified or
terminated by the undersigned owner, Raúl Falagán Zotes and by
CD Baby pursuant to the provisions of the aforementioned
administration and collection agreement.
