AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and executed this 29 th day of August 2022 in Porto Del Sol
Barangay Balon Anito, Mariveles, Bataan by and between The Porto Del Sol Farmers’
Association an association existing pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the
Philippines and represented by its President, Napoleon Dela Paz, and its Officers
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

And

Elizabeth C. Lazaro and Darwin C. Lazaro, of legal ages, Filipinos and with residence
at Porto Del Sol Barangay Balon Anito, Mariveles, Bataan and hereinafter referred to
as the SECOND PARTY;

WHEREAS, the First Party requested the Second Party a piece of land (Lot) within the
Porto Circle Balon Anito Mariveles, Bataan with the purpose to build an Office Bldg
for the First Party;

WHEREAS, the Second Party has agreed on the request of the First Party to build its
office on the Lot on the following conditions, as follows;

That the First Party will build its office on the aforesaid lot but will not possess the lot
or make any legal claim over it as legal lot owner.

That the First Party will occupy the lot on an “as is where is basis” and further agrees
to use it until such time that the owner will use the lot for any legal purpose.

That the First Party will give the Second Party a share of its earning in case the Lot
will be used by the First Party to any income generating purpose.

That this Agreement will be effective upon signing by both parties and shall remain
enforced until such time that this Agreement will be deemed null and void and or
both Parties terminate this in writing.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above premises, both Parties have here-
under affixed their signatures together with their witnesses on the date and place
above-stated.
