TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INITIAL FEE – Said fee shall be effective for a period of
TEN (10) this Agreement. All check payments shall be
made payable to RMC REALTY.
2. CANCELLATION OR FORFEITURE – This initial payment is
not transferable and any transfer made by the client shall
be cause for cancellation of this Agreement and Forfeiture
of the all payments. Failure of the buyer pay the down
payment or the full payment on or before the above
mentioned schedule shall cause the automatic cancellation
of this Reservation Agreement and the forfeiture of the
Reservation Fee.
3 .It is hereby agreed that the Monthly Amortization for
the Balance shall immediately commence Thirty (30) Days
after the Buyer has paid the Full Payment, regardless
whether the Contract to Sell has been delivered or not.
4. The Buyer hereby certify that he/she has personally
examined the property subject of this Agreement and have
found the same to be satisfactory.
5. It is further agreed that should the reserved lot be
unavailable due to prior sale or other transactions with
other parties by CAMAYA COAST (ESLCC), or it was offered
to the Buyer by mistake or inadvertence, subject lot may
be exchanged with Lot or Property of equal are or value, or
this Agreement may be rescinded at the option of ESLCC,
subject to refund of all payments made.
6. It is understood that any representation or warranty
made by the Property Consultant who handled this
transaction or sale not embodied herein shall not be
binding with the company unless reduced into writing and
confirmed by any authorized officer of Camaya Coast
(ESLCC)
