Candidate Says -Yes, then we continue further discussion  

Candidate Says -no- then we say no problem let me send an email to you along with Job
description, please review the job and share your updated resume along few more details. Also let
me know good time to talk.

If Candidate says Yes, then 

 Tell about JD (This Position needs For eg: QA who has experience with this skill set
(Eg:Jira,SQL,UI).  )
 Duration: This is long term position OR 6-month position (As mention in JD)
 Type of position: Full time or Contract

Then Ask Are you comfortable/available /interested in this position?  

If they say yes, then 

 Ask about Work Authorization -Can you please let me know about your work Authorization?? (They
may say anything out of these- H1, H4-Ead, Green Card, Citizen, OPT, L2-EAD,
  Ask about rate: What rate you are looking W2 or C2C or 1099?? 
  Ask for availability: How soon you can join the project if het Hired?
 Relocation: if they are non-local then ask Are you open for relocation to client location?

 At the end tell them I am sending an email to you, please share details along with updated
resume
