For me, having a balanced life is very important for many reasons. First, it's important for
my sleep, my job, and my health. Second, it's important for me to have a long life.

In my opinion, the bond that connects health, sports, and a good diet is physical and
mental well-being. For example, I go to the gym every day, but it is also necessary for my
routine to see a psychologist a few times a year.
