I agree w/ that, I think it is dangerous 4 children to use the Internet until they r 11 years old, bc

children can find ppl who want to hurt them. They can find ppl who want 2 take advantage of
and trick them ask 4 money. Children r also exposed to very sensitive or violent content that
does not allow them 2 live in an environment of their age and that can affect their social
relationships. I have a niece and she often needs to use the internet for her homework but her
parents always keep control of the web pages she visits. This is a recommendation bc they
cannot be isolated from the internet in these times either.
