Dear Ma’am/Sir,
Greetings of Peace and Joy!
I intend to write this letter to inform you about my concern which is my sim card’s
data connection isn’t functioning. The sim is still active, I still receive texts and
calls, but it has no data connection. I loaded it with GIGA POWER 499 last August
08, 2022. I hope you could do something about it. I will sincerely appreciate if you
can put back the data connection of my sim card as soon as possible.
