1. Define Human Resources in your own words.

 Human Resources is the investment capital of an organization. A capital is not only
typically cash or any liquid asset that is being held for expenditures for the
organization to function. Human resource as investment capital of the organization
for it can give the organization it’s distinct advantage and prestige upholding the
organization commitment to quality service.
2. To which object can you compare the importance of Human Resources Management
and Why?
 To be able to be as effective and sturdy like a bridge that even the most hard
headed employees’ will not be as difficult as it may seem, allow them to follow the
path that the organization is aiming for its goal attainment. Human resource
professionals must play a strategic role in managing the people, the culture, and
the workplace environment by acting a bridge to allow easy passage between the
employees’ performance and the organization policy and objective for the
accomplishment of the organization common purpose.
3. How can the learnings today help you in the future?
 There are handful of learnings that so far, I was able to appreciate, but there are
several learnings that I am hopeful knowing that it is my identified weakness, that
is being able to be competent to put into action all that I have learned and
allowing myself to engaged in to the diversity of education that molds my
professionalism and modify my thinking to be more objective that I found way
better to comprehend than by expressing ones’ own thought.

validate and acknowledge all the positive advantages and weakness of a certain
employee and try to work on appreciating the capability and the ability of the
employees on the present time to have this vague option as to what approach that
might be considerably effective to eventually gain a competitive and trustworthy
employees’ that is ideal for the future betterment of the organization.

this situation. But above all, I value what is most sincere experiences that I was
able to get from those years of serving, being able to be genuinely appreciated by
our patients especially during mass casualty response in the Emergency room and
acting as the team leader, able me to assess the need for the staff to be well
equipped with necessary knowledge to gain the skills needed on a certain situation
given the pace of responding with urgent health needs which requires dedicated
attitudes to be able to deliver effective health care treatment. If I were be able to
work in Human Resources Department of a Hospital my utmost priority will be
capability building through enhancing learning development and skill trainings, if
circumstances of inadequate financial support, sending and allowing the training of
one- two staff that deliberately has enough expertise and will soon to act as
hospital institution official trainers of the trainee.

advocate and turn negative flaws into positive motivations letting the employee to
be at their best while still recognizing their flaws to allow room for some
improvements. Communication is the weakness that I foresee in the field of HRM
given the fact that cultural diversity, religious differences and practice of traditions
are important considerations while recognizing several factors including personal
upbringing, social status and political influences., communication still remains the
weakness not to only myself but on other organization at this present time.
