    Parents must be provided with the capacity building to assume their integral roles in
    the learning process of their children. President Barack Obama said "And so the
    question is whether all of us - as citizens, and as parents - are willing to do what's
    necessary to give every child a chance to succeed. Ned Hallowell stresses the child's
    need to engage with adults, peers, neighborhood and community in order to invade
    their worlds. He believes that children learned most about growing up with their elders.
    These most pragmatic realizations try to awaken all parents now their most significant
    part in the education of their children. So, will there really be "No Child Left Behind” as
    the policy envisions?
