Reason for Closing the Project

The final evaluation of the Project that we take as Australian Native Bush Spices
indicates that we succefully reach the goal of completing our new website. It aims to
provide the company with a review of the results and processes that have impacted
on it during the life of the project. This report will help the company in terms of
knowledge management, improving the development of new projects and increasing
implementation capacity.

Highlights and Innovations

The company has the new website available and working. We are able now to do
online sales and we have presence in social media as Facebook and Instagram.
Generation leads for the site through these social media and creation of a new
channel of communication with customers through the sending of emails and
newsletter. Potentialization of CRM work as database of clients generated through
these media.

Summary of Recommendations
All the steps that were described in the planning of this project were reached. With
this, I suggest that the operations and changes made to the execution of the project
are finalized and the project can be considered closed.
As a suggestion for continuity of the site is the training of the team for content
updates, use of metrics tools and use of customer service tools, means of payment
and customer portfolio management. I suggest that a team be set up for this training
so that the information is not centralized.
The correct and efficient use of this information and tools directly impact the
generation and finalization of sales.

Performance against Objectives

The project is complete but some changes have occurred during the execution of
this project: The date provided by the developer website was changed twice. The
professional did not deliver the work finished on the date established in his
quotations. The end date of the project was not changed because some processes,
such as testing, had their deadlines shortened.
Also, the designer's logo took longer. The impact on the schedule was not changed
since the logo development process was carried out and applied in parallel with the
other activities.
The cost of developing the logo was twice as high as another professional was
hired. The cost of this new logo was not foreseen but the final budget was within the
planned since some other services had lower costs.

There were additional delays duo to customer services office`s departure and
changes to the website during the development as result of the project manager`s
input.

Performance against Outcomes

The actual performance of the project was successfully completed, even though
during the execution of the project it was necessary a greater dedication of time and
work of the process manager. These alterations did not impact in real time final of
this project but it brought some alterations in the activities of the company.

Performance against Outputs

The final performance was successfully achieved. The risks were well designed and
the execution times calculated. The new changes to the site and the change of the
logo developer were not foreseen, some activities had their execution time
decreased and a new schedule of activities had to be developed.

Performance against Budget

The budget for this project was $10000.

Lessons Learned
From the implementation of this project we could learn:
- The importance of knowing the posible risks and impacts such as loss of team
members,
- Communication as the most important part of the develop of any project

- Know how to listen to different ideas and turn this information into tools that
aggregate at every stage of the project.

Dear Adam,

As requested and planned, our new website is live and with all the requested tools tested and in
execution. The files with all steps of the project are attached in this email along with Project
Evoluation Report. In this file, I suggest the official end of the project and add some contiguity
suggestions of this new marketing and sales tool.

I would like to meet with you to present the final report on Tuesday 18 of December, at 3 pm in my
office. I will wait your confirmation.
