Resolutions on Common Issues

Error 1 : Failed to Get Telco Provider List from DB.
Error on main Pager after Login to Jio POS Plus.

Solution :

a) Upgrade to Latest APK -Go to Play Store→ Search Jio Pos Plus → Click
Update

b) Clear Cache & Clear Data - Go to Phone Settings→ Click “ Application


Manager” or “Apps option” → Select Jio POS Plus→ Click on Storage Option
→ Click clear cache and clear data option → Click on Force Stop option.

c) Data Sync and Delta Sync : Connect with available Wi-Fi → Login to POS Plus
→ Click “Menu” → Click “Utilities” → Click on Data Sync and Delta Sync to get
Sync Complete → Re-login using Jio mobile data.

d) Retry Process login and check now.

Error 2 : Code CNM-0027 – Exception Occurred at CNUM.
When First time Choice Number Activation Journey is Failed in POS Plus ,
then Retailer will get this error : “Exception Occurred error Code CNM-
0027” in next Transaction.

Solution :
➢ Guide Retailer to wait for 90 Mins after first transaction is failed and then
retry the activation process again.
Error 3- Request Timed Out please try again later

Error during eKYC Activation Process in JIO POS.

Solution :

a) Upgrade to Latest APK (if not Done) -Go to Play Store→ Search Jio Pos Plus
→ Click Update
b) Speed Test - Switch OFF and Switch ON your Mobile data→ Type SPEED
TEST” in Google Search → Click on “RUN SPEED TEST” and ensure Network
Speed is OK
c) Clear Cache & Clear Data - Go to Phone Settings→ Click “ Application
Manager” or “Apps option” → Select Jio POS Plus→ Click on Storage Option➔
Click clear cache and clear data option → Click on Force Stop option.
d) RD Service Uninstallation - Go to Phone Settings→ Click on Application
Manager or Apps option → Select RD Service→ Click on Uninstall option→ Do
Fresh Login in Jio POS Plus Application

Error 4- JioPos Plus isn`t Responding

Error during eKYC Activation Process in JIO POS.

Solutions :-
a) Clear Cache & Clear Data - Go to Phone Settings→ Click “ Application
Manager” or “Apps option” → Select Jio POS Plus→ Click on Storage
Option➔ Click clear cache and clear data option → Click on Force Stop
option.
b) Speed Test - Switch OFF and Switch ON your Mobile data→ Type SPEED
TEST” in Google Search → Click on “RUN SPEED TEST” and ensure
Network Speed is OK
c) Fresh Login In Jio Pos Plus

Error 5 : MasException :Bad Request

Error during Activation Process in JIO POS.

Solution:-
a) Clear Cache & Clear Data - Go to Phone Settings→ Click “ Application
Manager” or “Apps option” → Select Jio POS Plus→ Click on Storage
Option→ Click clear cache and clear data option → Click on Force Stop
option.
b) Speed Test - Switch OFF and Switch ON your Mobile data→ Type
SPEED TEST” in Google Search
c) Data Sync and Delta Sync : Connect with available Wi-Fi → Login to POS
Plus → Click “Menu” → Click “Utilities” → Click on Data Sync and Delta
Sync to get Sync Complete → Re-login using Jio mobile data.

Error -6 Store Mismatch between user and Device

Error during Login to JIO POS Plus when One User trying to Login
Device with POS already Logged in by Other PRM ID User.

➢ Solution :-
a) Employee – Store Mapping Correction : Check if Store code reflecting
against user store is not your current store code → If current store code
already updated then take a screenshot from HR of HRMS portal
b) Unregister Device : Click on Menu → Click on “Utilities” → Click on
Unregistered Device → Do Fresh Login In Jio Pos Plus and check

Error – 7 Agent Authentication failed from OID

Error during Login to JIO POS Plus.

Solution:-

a) Password Reset Click on ‘Forgot password’ At main login Screen.


b) Enter User Name to reset your Password Click on continue.
c) Check your current credentials and same are correct Click on “Send
OTP”
d) Enter one time Password (OTP ) to validate . Click on ‘Validate OTP
e) Enter new password and Click on “Change Password”
f) Password reset is successful
