Set Up your Home Prepaid WiFi through the Globe at Home App:

1. Plug and turn-on your Home Prepaid WiFi Modem

2. Connect your smartphone to your Home Prepaid WiFi Modem

3. Download the Globe at Home App via Play Store or App Store

4. Open the app and type in your Home Prepaid WiFi number found on of your modem

5. Follow the instructions on the screen. Once done, click the activate free 10GB button! (free 10GB
valid for 7 days only)

6. Congratulations you can now use your WiFi device!

NOTE: Your device must be turned on to receive your succeeding data allocation.

1. Go to the Apple App

(for Android devices).

2. Enter “Globe At Home”

in the Search tab.

3. Click ‘Download’ or
‘Install’ to start
downloading the app on
your device.

2. Log in using your username and password located on your modem

3. Click “Send Text” tab

4. Text Bal Inq and send to 222

5. Text FREE10GB and send to 8080

6. Wait for the text message saying that your free 10GB has been activated

7. Congratulations you can now use your WiFi device!

Option 3: Set Up your Home Prepaid WiFi via FB Messenger:

1. Open Facebook Messenger then look for verified Globe at Home bot

2. Click Get Started then Help & Support

3. Click Prepaid Wifi help then follow the instructions shown

4. Send your *HPW number and Modem serial number to activate your FREE 10GB

*Home Prepaid WifI and modem serial numbers are found at the back of your modem.
