in this event will not cost you any money. Otherwise, a one-time registration fee of $20.00
is required.)
If you're like many DMACC students, someone who normally cannot make enough time for
extracurricular learning experiences like the Iowa State CDCs or the Cyberskyline NCLs,
this program is designed for you who: those who already have too many commitments in
their lives.

Description:
This Cybersecurity "skilling" event is hosted by Microsoft for Cybersecurity and ITNA
students. It is designed to test and build-upon your knowledge of Cybersecurity
fundamentals in fun, fast-paced gamified modules and events. It takes place between June
4th and June 19th, 2023, but you MUST register by June 4th, 2023 before midnight in
order to participate!

In addition, if you are able to complete the program in full, you will find yourself in a good
position to pursue the GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT)
certification, a well-respected credential in the cybersecurity industry, should you so wish.
