Affiliate Revenue Share Calculation

Total Revenue – Bonus/promotion/refund – 20% Operating Cost= Net Profit x

Criteria:

• Deposit Members: For each month to qualify for the affiliate revenue share, Affiliate must have

required number of deposit member in the respective month of settlement.

• Total Net Profit: Total Net Profit is the amount of profit to company from affiliate downline

members. Promotion bonus or any cashback provided to affiliate downline members will be

deducted from revenue to get Total Net Profit.

• Revenue Share: If deposit member and Total Net Profit criteria is met, revenue share will be

triggered for Affiliate according to the Affiliate Revenue Share as shown in above table

• Game Provider and Payment Fee: There will be 20 % deduction as operating cost from Net profit

of affiliate downline.

Negative Carryover:
In the monthly settlement of affiliate downline member net win/loss, if Company is in net loss. Then

for the respective affiliate negative net loss will be carried over to next month settlement and will be

settled with net profit of next month.

Example:
If for month of September, affiliate all members total win is 300,000, this will be carried over to next

month October. If for month of October, affiliate all member total loss is INR 500,000, then

(INR 500,000 – INR 300,000) = INR 200,000 revenue will be counted for revenue share.

Net Profit Calculation:

Affiliate Net Profit = (Total Revenue – Bonus/promotion/refund – 20% Operating) x Revenue share

Terms and Conditions:

1. Need to have minimum 5 active players to receive the commission.

2. Minimum commission balance should be 500 to get transferred.
3. Affiliate cannot add his own member ID in his downline.
4. Affiliate Revenue Share percentage will be defined by the revenue from downline member.
The affiliate must meet both criteria to qualify for higher revenue share percentage.
5. Only 1 Unique account per member will be allowed in downline. Same member creating
multiple account will not be considered in revenue share.
6. Any negative balance for the respective month will be carried forward to next month.
7. Affiliate Revenue share percentage will be calculated from remaining net loss of member
monthly net loss less promotion bonuses less cashback or refunds less negative carryover less
15% Operating cost.
8. Earned Revenue share will be transferred between 1st to 8th working days of each month.
Affiliate can apply for withdrawal from their provided affiliate account.
9. The Affiliate understands that gambling is a regulated industry and agrees to provide any
information or assistance that is necessary for regulatory compliance.
10. The Affiliate is fully aware of the nature of gaming, and understands that there exists a risk of
losing money when gaming.
11. The Affiliate fully understands and agrees to comply with the methods, rules, and procedures
of the requested gaming service.
12. This application form is filled and submitted by the Affiliate him/herself.
13. The Affiliate ensures the information provided in the form above is true, correct, and valid.
14. MostPlay is not responsible for any risk that member losing the User ID/ Password, passing the
information to another individual, etc. If you feel that your User ID has been compromised,

15. The Affiliate acknowledges and confirms that the Customer has fully read, understood, and

purposes of gathering. We use information that users voluntarily provide in order to send out
