receive based on your efforts to share our services and build a sales team.

 Compensation Plan Overview

Tradera LLC (Tradera) does not guarantee that IBO’s will earn income with our referral compensation
program. All income examples explained in this document are hypothetical examples intended for
educational purposes only. Success as an IBO requires successfully building a sales team via retail sales
which requires significant work on behalf of each individual IBO. Results will vary based on effort,
marketing effectiveness, and other miscellaneous factors outside of the control of Tradera. Tradera
maintains the right to amend this program as necessary at any time. Additional restrictions may apply.

 Package Options

There are two membership options available for prospective Tradera members including a
client package and an IBO package. The details for these two memberships are as follows:

1. CLIENT – The client package costs $99 billed every 28 days. We strongly recommend all
prospective members join as a client to experience the platform and its services personally
before deciding to participate as an IBO in the company. The client package comes with access
to all of Tradera’s services, but does not allow the member to participate in Tradera’s referral
compensation program.

2. IBO – The IBO package costs $15 billed every 28 days, and allows the member to participate
in and be eligible for payouts via Tradera’s referral compensation program.

Note that members may choose to join with either package, or both packages. Once apart of
Tradera, members may change their package subscriptions at any time from their back office.

Rank Qualification

1. Personal Referral Requirement: In order to officially qualify for any rank in Tradera’s referral
compensation program, we require that the IBO has a minimum of 3 active personal client
referrals. IBO-only referrals do not count towards this requirement.

2. Client Requirement: In order to officially qualify for any rank in Tradera’s referral
compensation program, we require that the IBO has a minimum of 55% of their downline
members enrolled as pure retail clients via the client package. If a member has an IBO package,
that member will not count as a pure retail client.

3. Rank Determination: Ranks are calculated every Sunday night at midnight (Monday @ 12
AM CST), and payouts are processed during the following week. Only active retail clients will
contribute towards your rank determination. In order to officially qualify for a rank and its
associated benefits, you must qualify for the rank on the final day of each week when each
affiliate / IBO’s rank determination is made. There will be no exceptions made for the weekly
rank determination deadline.

4. Team Members: Each rank requires a minimum number of total retail clients. The minimum
amount for each rank is shown in the compensation plan overview. An individual may have
many more retail clients in their sales team than the minimum required due to other
requirements such as the distribution requirements for each rank.

5. Distribution Requirements: Each rank with the exception of Founder requires that the IBO
builds 3 separate sales teams. Each sales team must meet the minimum retail client sales
requirements as outlined in the compensation plan overview. The required minimum number
of client sales per team is specific to that team, and team requirements do not shift based on
volume. For example, Knight requires a minimum of 4 retail clients on team 1, 4 retail clients on
team 2, and 2 retail clients on team 3. If an IBO has 4 retail client memberships on team 1, 2
retail client memberships on team 2, and 4 retail client memberships on team 3, they would not
qualify for the position of Knight because their team distribution does not meet the specific
requirements as outlined. Please note that you may fulfill all other requirements for a rank, but
not officially qualify for it or receive the corresponding payout if your sales team does not meet
the specific distribution requirements for that rank.

6. Personal Requirements: In order to officially qualify for any rank in Tradera’s referral
compensation program and its associated compensation, we require that the IBO has an active
IBO Membership at the time of the rank calculation.

 Rank Bonus Details

Any member who officially qualifies for a Knight or above rank will be eligible to receive the
associated rank bonus for their given rank. The rank bonuses are calculated every Sunday at
midnight, and processed the following week. IBO’s will need to setup and provide a valid
payment method and configuration in order to receive their commissions. Note that rank
bonuses are subject to potential processing fees at the discretion of Tradera.

Free Membership Details

Any member who qualifies for the rank of Founder will qualify for a free membership. If a
member de-ranks or no longer qualifies for their Free Membership, then Tradera will charge
their default card on file for any active subscription fees as applicable to their account. Note
that if a member qualifying for Free Membership at the position of Founder ranks up to a
higher rank in the referral compensation program, they will no longer be receiving the Free
Membership perk that Founders receive.
