Or perhaps the schedule of the virtual seminar does not align with your schedule. Or you may want to
go at your own pace and make the investment more reasonable. Whatever your reason, we have an
excellent distance learning program to help you reach your goal of becoming a certified executive
coach in 2023.

It is 3 days of dynamic, interactive sessions focused on getting you grounded in the principles of high-
level executive and leadership coaching. You will learn the basic coaching conversation to apply
towards any situation, the role of assessments in coaching, how to guide a leader towards solutions for
specific challenges, how to sell and market yourself as a coach within a niche and much more including
the creation of a 30-day plan before ending the program.

Integral Coach Certification


We conduct a thorough, rigorous coaching certification program resulting in a designation as a New
Ventures West Integral Coach®. The program provides:
A powerful proven methodology grounded in theory, research, and practice
A rigorous curriculum of study and practice that includes 17 days of face-to-face learning
A seasoned teaching faculty known for their wisdom, compassion, presence, and experience
Continuous support through regular calls with the faculty and constructive feedback as you begin
coaching
A custom-designed individual development plan for each student
An accomplished group of fellow participants who are committed to high standards of excellence
Small class sizes of 20 in the entire cohort and a learning “pod” of 4 students
All-inclusive tuition with no additional fees: all sessions, books, materials, pod meetings, coaching,
mentoring, and the certification process

Level 1 Training provides a solid foundation in the history, philosophy and mindset of Solution Focused
Coaching, with a coherent coaching framework, and an elegant set of coaching tools and questioning
techniques. The ICF Core Coaching Competencies and ICF Code of Ethics are reviewed and observed.
With a focus on coaching skills development, the training program includes discussions, reflections,
practice, demonstrations, Mentor Coaching and Observed Coaching.

Level 2 Coach Training builds on the basic coaching framework and offers a range of coaching
specialties to equip coaches with tools to manage a variety of coaching situations.

Nominees must be based in our coverage area, which includes the counties of San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Alameda and
Costa. Previous honorees will only be eligible if they have changed companies or received a promotion. Individuals must live
Bay Area at least 50% of the time.
Nominees must be CEO of a private or public company or nonprofit based in the Bay Area, including divisions or wholly ow
subsidiaries of companies based elsewhere. Previous honorees are not eligible.

Nominees must have been CEO of their company for at least three years.

• Be an independent, privately held corporation, proprietorship or partnership (not a subsidiary or a division) through fiscal ye
2022.
• Be headquartered in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
• Have a three-year revenue history (fiscal years 2020, 2021 and 2022) with an increase in fiscal year 2022 over fiscal year 2
• Have revenues of more than $200,000 in fiscal 2020 and be in business throughout fiscal year 2020 (founded and genera
revenue by March 31, 2020).
