CRAYBOND 2070 PU
Product Description:
CRAYBOND 2070 PU is a two component systems for the manufacture of Polyurethane (PU) casting
compounds. It is specially formulated PU system fo sealing of prefine, Hepa and mini pleat filters. The self
levelling nature of this product will ensures easy spreading of sealant in all corners of the filter. This product
comes in attractive white colour with aesthetic bubble-less casting. Mixing of the two components A and B will
causes a chemical reaction, which produce the polyurethane casting compound.

Instructions for Use

The appication temperature should be between 50C to 450C. Application procedures may vary slightly depend-
ing upon conditions.

Surface Preparation
It must be ensured that the surface is free of grease, release agents or any contaminations, because this would adversely affect the
adhesion. In addition, the temperature of the component, the environment and storage conditions can affect the hardening speed and
the adhesion properties.

Method of Application
CRAYBOND 2070 PU can be applied relatively free of bubbles and pinholes in a two-component mixing and dispensing unit without
any special vacuum treatment. Thanks to moisture absorber, the system is relatively unaffected by moisture during hardening. If it is
important that the cast be absolutely bubble-free, or if the component to be cast is strongly undercut, casting in a vacuum is recom-
mended.

Product Users are advised to confirm the suitability of the Products by their own tests and labor. This TDS covers just one of a large range of
products supplied by the Company. Full information on these products and advice on application is freely available from our fully trained staff.
This TDS supersedes all previous TDSs relating to the Products, and users of it must ensure that it is the current issue. Destroy all previous TDS,
