COLOR TABLET

Material

Box ONE
 6 tablet a pair each of the most shapely contrasting colors.
(contrasting colors -RED, BLUE AND YELLOW)

Presentation

 Prepare the material. Go down to the level of child.


 Invite the child to the activity by calling his name.
 Ask the child to unroll the mat.
 Go with the child where the material are kept.
 Introduce to the material to the child by giving the name 3 times.
 Today im going to show you how to hold the color tablet. This is box one.
 Ask the child to carry the box to the mat.
 The child sits on the left side. The adult stands on the right side.
 Open it . adult keep the box at the right bottom corner.
 Then you take one color tablet place it.
 There are 3 ways to hold the color tablet.
 (your going to show all ways of colors)
 1.thumbs on the bottom , index on top.
 2.hold either side.
 3.thumb under index on top right side of the bottom frame.
 Place this color tablet scattered it on the right side of the mat.
 We take one color bring it Infront of the child. Show it.
 Make sure 2 colors tablets kept together.
 Draw the child attention.
 Place it on the left top corner.
 Compare and find the correct pair.
 Take another color.
 Keep it next to yellow. Show it and place it back.
 Compare with two probable color.
 (show your facial expression).
 Then take the correct one. Place it .touch the other color.
 Take the other color.
 We don’t keep a gap we keep touching the frame.
 (Repeat the same)
 Last pair , repeat
 Once you finish

 Invite the child to do the activity.

Box TWO

Material
 Twenty -two tablets , a pair of the color
red,blue,yellow,orange,purple,pink,grey,brown black and white.

Language
 The names of the colors are given only when the child can pair the colours of the
second box without hesitation.

Presentation

 Prepare the material. Go down to the level of child.


 Invite the child to the activity by calling his name.
 Ask the child to unroll the mat.
 Go with the child where the material are kept.
 Introduce to the material to the child by giving the name 3 times.
 Today im going to show you how to work with the color tablet box 2’.
 Ask the child to carry the box to the mat.
 The child sits on the left side. The adult stands on the right side.
 Place the color tablet on the edge of the right and open it.
 Take out the primary colors scattered on the mat and ask the child to pair it.
 Show the child to keep the color tablet at the edge of the left side of the mat.
 Now the child will pair the color tablets by keeping closer to each others without
gap.
 Once its finish pairing , take our the secondary colors and scattered on the mat and
ask the child to pair it as before.
 Do the same with the tertiary and with neutral colors tablets.

Control of error
 When you finish pairing all the colors tablets look top bottom to see if there is any
errors.
 Invite the child to do the same
 Put all the colors tablets to the box and invite the child to do the ativity.
Box two -Game one
 Games can be done individually and group wise unroll mat far apart.
 Scatter one set of color of one mat.
 Scatter one set of color of another mat.
 Show the color to the child.
 Don’t give it to the child.

 Bring the colors neat the child
 Show the colors to the child
 Ask the child to show the same color.

NAME LESSON

A NAME LESSON GIVEN WITH THE FIRST BOX OF COLOURS

Presentation
1.Invite the child to do something new with the Colors Tablets.
Box One Ask the child to unroll a mat and bring the box to the mat.

2.Place the box at the right bottom corner of the mat (near the adult)

First Period
3. Take one color tablet and place it in front of the child. Ask the child to take the Color
Tablet to the hand and allow him to look at it.

4.Adult will tell the child, ‘’This is red , red ,red ,red’’Ask the child to place it on the mat.
Move it around the mat and give the name.

5.Plce it at the right corner.

6.Take the next color tablet and do the same and place it at the left top corner of the mat.

7.Take the next tablet and do the same.

8.then move all three tablets on the mat and give the name.

Second period
9. give commands to the child example: show me red, give me blue, hide yellow etc.

Third period
10.ask the child, ‘’what is this?’’

11. invite the child to do the activity.
