P.S. - Narayanpur, P.O. – Bablatala, District – North 24 Parganas, Kolkata –
700136, by faith – Hindu, by Occupation – Business, by Nationality – Indian, do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows :-

1) That I am a peace loving, law-abiding, citizen of India.

2) That I am the registered and lawful owner of Maruti Suzuki Dzire LXi Car
bearing Registration No. WB 25L5488, Chassis No. MBHCZFB3SPA379283
and Engine No. K12NP7212811, being Aadhaar No. 6591 2205 2430, PAN
No. AUYPC1334K and Diving License No. WB2320160256208, from the
15th of April of 2023.

3) That I am selling this car to Sri. Sachin Singh, son of Late Sri. Rabi
Shankar Singh, residing at, Narayanpur, West Beraberi Rajarhat Gopalpur,
P.O. – Manikhola, P.S. – Narayanpur, District – North 24 Parganas, Kolkata
– 700136, by faith – Hindu, by Occupation – self-employed, by Nationality
– Indian, being Aadhaar No. 9299 0798 1593, PAN No. GGWPS2221D and
Driving License No. WB2320180303770.

4) That there are no legal proceedings or criminal cases pending before any LD.
Court or competent authority or competent body, till today where this vehicle
has been used or it was involved before selling it.

5) That there are no pending fines, which has been imposed on this vehicle,
regarding the violations of any traffic rules till today, before this vehicle is being
sold.

6) That the vehicle is free from all encumbrances, liabilities and litigations, till
today, before selling it.

7) That I have cleared all traffic fines and legal proceedings or criminal cases,
regarding or against this vehicle (if any) till today (i.e. 25/01/2023), by myself,
before selling it.

8) That this vehicle is being sold on 25th of January of 2023, as per the Agreement
for Sale dated 10th of September of 2023.

9) That if, it has been found out in the future that, there were or is any pending
legal proceedings or criminal cases that was initiated before 25th January of 2023
(i.e. before purchasing this vehicle). Where this vehicle was involved or used and
which was completely unknown till today, then I Sri. Prodeep Chakraborty, will
be completely held liable for this and Sri. Sachin Singh, will not be held liable
for that.

10) That if, it has been found out in the future that, there were or is any pending
traffic fines which occurred due to any incident before 25th January of 2023 (i.e.
before purchasing this vehicle). Where this vehicle was involved or used and
which was completely unknown till today, then I Sri. Prodeep Chakraborty, will
be completely held liable for this and Sri. Sachin Singh, will not be held liable
for that.

That the statements made above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
