CIRCULAR

It is planned to conduct Physical Stock Verification pertaining to AIHT from

31.05.2023 to 02.06.2023 by the faculty members/staff members of our College. Therefore
the Heads of the Departments are requested to bring the most recent details up to date in
the form of (SOMS) “Solid Overall Master – List of Stocks “.

The format (one copy) for physical verification is enclosed herewith. Additional
copies according to the requirement may please be drawn from Principal’s Office. The
stock verification as per actual physical position to be checked and signed & stock register
to be tallied with the present position in the stock register. Every item in the stock register
to be verified and signed by the verification officer with date. The name of the verification
officer to be written in capital underneath the signature with date.

The coordinators of each committee will meet the members of their respective
committee, lead the team, get the work divided to complete the verification meticulously
from and submit the report on or before 07.06.2023 signed by all members and to be
countersigned by the coordinators.

Systems and machineries in each department to be checked thoroughly with all

parts whether available intact and signed by the verification Incharge.

The stock register position on date to be tallied with the stock list, submitted after
verification.
