Outline
With the great development of science and new technologies in farming, agriculture all over the world
has made remarkable progress. Despite the case, there are still countless people in the world who still
suffer from hunger every day. (paraphrase đề bài)
The essay will suggest that the main reason for these problems is that these advances and innovations
are excluded in poor and developing countries, and propose solutions that there should be
humanitarian aid programs targeted at these groups of countries.
BODY
Para1:
To begin with, the main problem of (…) is that advances and innovations are excluded in poor and
developing countries
There are a number of reasons for this, ranging from limited financial resources to poor existing
infrastructure to political instability.
EG: Sudan – 100-year civil war destabilized the entire country. Universities where students learn
about changes in agriculture are frequently closed or demolished meaning that young people who will
become agricultural scientists end up being soldiers or victims of the war no access to agricultural
progress and famine persisted
These problems are present to varying degrees in countries around the world and offer a possible
explanation for the continuing hunger.
Para 2:
The most practical is to redirect humanitarian funds formerly focused on food aid to agricultural and
educational infrastructure.
Food aid is only an immediate solution. However, there would be better long-term effects if
international organizations and governments channeled that money into helping build better farms,
providing more modern equipment and sending qualified professionals to train those in need.
Eg: In 2015, three young men in Kenya, after receiving international aid, successfully built their own
windmill from old bicycle parts that helped power the irrigation canals of an entire village, helping
everyone in the region overcame hunger since.
In conclusion,
the continuation of this problem is related to the widening gap between developed and
underdeveloped countries while technological progress continues to advance indifferently, and the
solution is to programs of humanitarian assistance to the strengthening and renewal of agricultural
infrastructures and especially to the training of people with knowledge of agriculture, helping society to
solve problems related to hunger.

To begin with, the main problem of the ongoing situation of hunger around the world regardless of
agricultural advances is that these advances and innovations are not available in developing and
underdeveloped countries. Many countries have difficulty accessing or implementing these advanced
agricultural methods. There are a number of reasons for this, ranging from limited financial resources to
poor existing infrastructure to political instability. For example, Sudan's 100-year civil war has
destabilized the entire country, causing universities where students learn about agricultural changes to
be frequently closed or demolished, resulting in young people who will become agricultural scientists
becoming soldiers or victims of the war. This led to no access to agricultural progress and therefore,
famished persisted. These issues also exist to varying degrees in many countries around the world and
may explain why there is still hunger.
The most practical solution is to redirect humanitarian funds that were previously allocated to food aid
to agricultural and educational infrastructure. Food aid is only a temporary solution. However, the long-
term effects would be better if international organizations and governments used that money to help
build better farms, provide more modern equipment, and send qualified professionals to train those in
need. For example, in 2015, three young men in Kenya successfully built their own windmill from old
bicycle parts, which helped power an entire village's irrigation canals, allowing everyone in the region to
overcome hunger ever since.
In conclusion, the continuation of this problem is related to the widening gap between developed and
underdeveloped countries while technological progress continues to advance indifferently, and the
solution is to have humanitarian aid programs to strengthen and renew agricultural infrastructures and
especially provide people with knowledge of agriculture, helping society to solve problems related to
hunger.
