Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Parka is national park in the United States in


the territories of the states of Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.
Yellowstone National Park is the oldest national park in the world
and reaches up to 8980 km². It is home to famous geysers, hot
springs, mud volcanoes, fumaroles and waterfalls. There are about
1,100 species of vascular plants in the park. 2/3 of Yellowstone's
forests are coniferous forests. Seven species of coniferous trees
grow in the park's forests, of which the most common is dune
pine, which covers 80% of the area of coniferous forests.
Yellowstone National Park is widely recognized as the best
megafauna habitat in the continental US. 67 species of mammals
live there. The park also has about 3 million visitors every year.
