1 THE EROSION OF “FIT”

The first challenge that the article mentioned for the Human Resource Management
is that they have to adjust new and current employees to the big changes of work conditions
such as changing to work-from-home or administering new working policies and standard of
procedures to limit human contact because of covid-19. This is a challenge as socializing is
part of the individual need and it is important to understand if some social activities can
help to rebalance the needs and working procedures to potentially help the employees that
doesn’t fit with the new working environment among existing employees.

1. Sachs is right to be optimistic because human has been blessed with ability to think
and with that, we can overcome every problem that comes in our way. Every
problem must have a solution. We have survived the worst such as the black plague
so why can’t we be optimistic in overcoming extreme poverty?
