Description of issue New hardware design.
The new IPCR3 board replaces the IPC2 board for the affected models.

Note: All models affected with serial numbers 30001 or higher are delivered with the
IPCR3 board.
Parts required P/N 59432025 BOARD IPCR3

Resolution Use IPCR3 board (P/N 59432025) as a service replacement for all affected models.

Note: For all other models, use IPC2 board (P/N 59083025) as a service replacement.

The IPCR3 board needs the following firmware versions (model dependent) or higher:
 Firmware B3.5.200, see service bulletin JE-1018-0025
 Firmware C10.5.200, see service bulletin JE-1018-0026
 Firmware H2.5.200, see service bulletin JE-1018-0027
 Firmware M3.5.200, see service bulletin JE-1018-0028
