• Why ecology is one of the element that affects the value system and culture of Filipinos?

Ecology affects the value system and culture of Filipinos because it has something to deal with

social interactions and behavioral patterns. Social interactions are the basis for social institutions and

cultures. People create the laws, institutions, and systems where they want to live by interacting with one

another. Filipinos are known for being friendly or sociable that give helps to strengthen culture in the

society. When a social bond is strong, the tradition is more well built. Ecology is applied ideas to gain a

better understanding capability of a person to adapt to their surroundings. Even though individuals have

distinct traits or personalities in one another, it cannot impede the relationship or connection because

ecology helps to understand differences, and there is a culture that binds them.

• What Filipino values should be strengthen as future Law enforcer or member of the tri-bureau?

In my opinion, optimism should be more focused on law enforcers coming from a different

bureau because there should be confident in every task assigned to them. It is to ensure that can be

reliable knowing how the things work of being a police, jail, or fire officer. Optimism establishes the quality

of service wherein the one who will benefit is the community. They can go higher depending on their

desire and willingness to improve. I’m not that this is the only value that they should improve. There are

other Filipino values needed to portrait as a public servant. But the optimism in the actual field can give

more excellent on doing the right job and improve the effectiveness. Not just confident in a group, but

they should have the inner confidence to have a positive outcome.
