didn’t know what to do with the employees’ motivation lack. As a result, Ej has created the system based
on real entrepreneurs’ needs it to solves vital problems, and it’s development Ej’ core mission today.

To save his business, Ej takes measures he moves to cheaper office, fires a half employees, shortens the
collection pinks elephants, changes shipping details. Despite marginality increase, loyal customers leave
Ej. He start making elephants of cheaper materials costs come down but so does the quality.
Disappointed clients go to Ej’s competitors.

One day, he finds out Kyle’s system and thinks on it’s implementation. But everyday business problems
leave no time for doing that.

Eventually, Nick’s business collapses, He meets a competitor to discuss pink elephants for sale and hears
about the some problems the competitor had but solved with help of Kyle’s system.

Now Ej understand his mistake and promises to avoid it when launching his new business.
