SUBJECT : Since the first party owns a company in Dubai city) in Al Barsha area, License no :
787878, and the second party was willing to agree in the 200 man foods purchases ,the two
parties, with full capacity considered legally and legally, agreed on the following.
The first Article : The preamble to this contract is considered an integral part of it,
complementary and complementary to it.
The second Article : The validity period of this contract (2 years) and three months, starting
from 01/06/2023 until 30/08/2025.
The third Article : The two parties agreed that the second party would purchases the Foods for
an amount of 140,000 (one hundred and forty thousand dirhams) annually, to be paid in four
installments of 35,000 (thirty-five thousand dirhams) for each payment.
The Fourth Article: The second party Purchases the foods for the company in the way it deems
appropriate for it, and is committed not to commit any violations of the regulations, laws, and
special licenses in force in the United Arab Emirates, and every violation is responsible for it in
his personal capacity and from his own money.
The Fifth Article: The second party acknowledges that he agree to do the purchase and paid the
value of electricity and water until the date of the beginning of the contract and pledged to
hand over the first party a release from the Al Ain Distribution Company at the end of the
contract period.
The Sixth Article: The second party is obligated to do all the maintenance work of the farm
during the contract period, and the second party bears any violations or any problems resulting
from negligence in the maintenance or management and is fully responsible for it.
The Seven Article: The 1st party shall provide a security check of 30,000 dirhams (fifty thousand
dirhams only),
As per the discussion the above mentioned parties agreed and consented the following terms
