The Terminal is accredited under the International Code for the Protection
of Ships and Port Facilities (ISPS).

1.2. Geographic location

It’s located to the South and 5.6 cables from the Pier of Windows, it has a
length of 688 meters in the 307 ° direction and from this position it
changes its orientation to 293 ° in a length of 181 meters.

The geographical coordinates of place are:

Latitude : 32 ° 45´44.43 ”S.

VI. CONNECTION SYSTEM. SHIP - OXIQUIM DOCK

6.1. Manifold Dock:

The Oxiquim Pier has a Manifold located in its Header, where the Ship's
Manifold is interconnected with the circuits of the Terminal through
hoses provided by the Terminal, which are kept connected to each of the
pipelines supported on the Pier, which come from the T erminal ponds.
For connection maneuvers, the Terminal must inform the Ship about the
quantity and type of equipment and / or accessories that will be used to
be connected to the Manifold Ship, such a s: number and type of flexible,
ANSI number of reductions. This in order for the Ship to have connections
and reductions compatible with the Terminal when performing the
connection maneuver.

6.2. Specific requirements for Ship Manifold:

 The connection point in the Manifold Nave must be Class 150 for
Liquid Bulks.
 For the connection of Sulfuric Acid the connection point in the
Manifold of the Ship is 6 ”and Class 150 (two flexible s).
 In the case of LPG vapors, the connection point in the Manifold Nave
is required to be Class 300 and with a diameter of 4 ”(LPG North)
and 6” (LPG South).
 The Ship Manifolds must have a receiving tray according to the
operation and have a distance that allows the connection /
disconnection in a safe way.

VIII. REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPS THAT STAND AT THE

OXIQUIM DOCK

8.1. Sending the following documentation:

 Certificates of the Ropes on board the Ship, both those installed in

drums and those of backup, as well as those that will be managed by
the Agency if required.

 Certificate Q-88 of Form "C".

 Inform if the Ship has rib or hang on the hull to request the Pilot to
tie up with a certain separation from the Dock and avoid damage to
the defenses.

 Certificate of the last three charges of the Ship Ponds (Last three

 Stowage Plan.

 Temperature of the products to be downloaded upon arrival.

8.2. Those that land in a full, partial or empty load condition, should consider
the amount and distribution of ballast necessary to keep their propeller
always submerged in conditions to maneuver safely according to the
corresponding Stability Book. (CPQUI.ORD.N ° 12,600 / 147 / Vrs. Of
August 4, 2017 “Enables Oxiquim Dock and Establishes its Operating

IX. ESTABLISHED REQUIREMENTS FOR MARITIME

AGENCIES

9.1. Communicate and ensure compliance by the Ship with the unloading /
shipping program established by the Terminal.

9.2. Ensure that the Ship has the type of connection required by the Terminal,
prior to its arrival at the Dock.

9.3. In the event that the ship requires extra ropes, the agency must present in
good time (minimum 48 hours) the mooring scheme to the Terminal. The
extra ropes must be equal or superior in quality to those of the ship and
compatible with the winch or winch system and be duly certified.
(CPQUI.ORD.N ° 12,600 / 147 / Vrs. Of August 4, 2017 “Enables Oxiquim
Dock and Establishes its Operating Conditions”).

9.4. Provide the mooring personnel, not being less than six (6) people (3 bow
and 3 stern). The mooring lines must, throughout the maneuver, remain
with their respective life jackets, shoes and safety helmets on. Both the
bow and stern departures must have communication equipment capable

9
DIV. TERMINALS
QUINTERO MARITIME TERMINAL

X. SECURITY SPECIAL CONDITIONS IN THE TERMINAL

10.1. Variable weather condition or surge: With wind over 18 knots and
wave height greater than one meter. The Ship may not dock at the Port.
The berthed ships may continue with the transfer of cargo, provided that
this does not affect the safety of the persons participating in said transfer
and that of the ship.

This condition will be evaluated by the Harbor Master, taking into

account the environmental conditions, the nature of the cargo and the
weather forecast.

10.2. Bad weather or surge condition: With wind over 25 knots in any
direction, wave height over 1.0 meter and up to 1.5 meters. By
establishing this condition, ships will not be able to dock at the Port. For
ships docked, runs will not be authorized; their behavior in the Port and
the existence of risks for the personnel participating in the cargo transfer
will be evaluated.

Given the warning of bad weather (with winds above 25 knots) from the
Maritime Authority, the Ships in the Terminal must suspend operations
and initiate the disconnection.

10.3. Storm or surge condition: With wind over 35 knots or wave height over
1.5 meters. By establishing this condition, the Ships will not be able to
dock at the Terminal. The ship that is docked must proceed to interrupt
the transfer of cargo and initiate preparations to undock, requesting the
pilotage service through its Ships agent to undock and anchor the tour.

10.4. Tsunami warning: Any information about an earthquake that has the
characteristics to generate a tsunami. In case the Ship receives a tsunami
warning notification, through the competent authorities, it will interrupt
the transfer of cargo and will arrange what is necessary to set sail when
ordered.

10.5. Tsunami alarm: Any confirmation of the generation of a tsunami that

will affect the coasts in a certain time. If the Ship receives a tsunami
alarm notification, through the competent authorities, it will interrupt
the transfer of cargo and will arrange for immediate departure.

10
DIV. TERMINALS

representative (Loading Master) and to the Terminal Control Room through
the appropriate Communications Channel.
