48tH GRADUATION EXERCISES

PROGRAM SCRIPT
EMCEE: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 48 th graduation ceremony of Puntian Elementary
School. To start with, we shall witness the processional march of our candidates for graduation with their
parents, to be followed by the teachers, school principal Sir Josue Japuz, GPTCA Officials, Barangay
officials headed by Capt. Romeo V. Segarino, Quezon III District School Heads, headed by our District In
Charge Sir Vicente F. Garciano, Dr.Edgardo V. Abanil,Dr. Shambaeh A. Usman,Guest Speaker,SDS SIR
RANDOLPH TORTOLA, and guest.

EMCEE: May I request everyone to please stand for our salute to the Land. This will be followed by a
doxology.

EMCEE: Sir Josue P. Japuz, the school principal will now give us his opening remarks. A round of
applause please.

Principal: Sir Vicente F. Garciano our Disctrict In Charge in Quezon III, Keynote Speaker maam
KAREN ANAY, GPTA President Jessifer Bertoldo, PTA Officials, teachers, parents of the Graduating
Pupils, ladies and gentlemen good afternoon. This 48 th graduation ceremony is hereby in session. On behalf
of the administration, faculty and staff and pupils, I welcome you all to this affair in our Department of
Education. We also convey our deep appreciation to the parents of our grade six graduates. Thank you.

EMCEE: Sir Josue P. Japuz, school head of Puntian Elementary School will now present the candidates
for graduation.
PRINCIPAL: Sir Vicente F. Garciano our Disctrict In Charge in Quezon III, may I have the honor to
present to you the 76 candidates for graduation, 38 males and 38 females a total of 76 grade six pupils who
have satisfactorily completed all the requirements of the K-12 Basic Education Program for graduation,
…..for your confirmation.

Sir Garciano: By the authority vested in me as the Authorized Representative of the Division of Bukidnon
and upon the certification of your principal of Puntian Elementary and duly certified by the PSDS, that you
have satisfactorily completed all the basic requirements prescribed by the Department of Education under
the K-12 Basic Education Program. I now confirm you Grade 6 graduates of Puntian Elementary School for
school year 2019-2020,.Congratulations!

EMCEE: We shall now come to the distribution of certificates. May we request our District In Charge
Sir Vicente F. Garciano, Sir Josue Japuz, the school principal,our barangay captain Romeo Segarino, Edcom
Chairman Kag. Regie Gomez, our GPTA President to hand in the certificates to the graduates.

EMCEE: This time, our District In Charge Vicente F. Garciano will now read to us the message of our
DepEd Secretary, Leonor M. Briones to the graduates of Batch 2020 to our grade six graduates. Lets
welcome him with a warm applause.

EMCEE: At this juncture we shall now come to the awarding of medals and certificates to all our
outstanding pupils. May we request again our District In Charge, school principal ,barangay captain,edcom
chairman and the GPTCA President to give the medals.
After the awarding: Congratulations to all the awardees of batch 2019-2020!
