RECOGNITION AND THANKSGIVING SERVICE

A blessed morning to everyone!


This morning’s event marks one of the most-awaited special events not only for our dear
students but also for our proud and ever-supportive parents.
To our beloved Spiritual Director, our dynamic School Principal, as well as to our ever-
engaging and brilliant School Administrator, our highly competent and deeply motivated
members of the MCA faculty and staff; to the proud and loving parents, students,
visitors, friends, ladies, and gentlemen, a pleasant morning.
Welcome to Maranatha Christian Academy of GMA’s Recognition and Thanksgiving
Ceremony!
Program Proper
To formally start our program, may I request everyone to please stand for the singing of
the National Anthem to be conducted by one of the faculty members, Teacher Elijah
May Cruz.
Please remain standing for the doxology that will be performed by the Grades 3&4
students entitled 10,000 Reasons to be followed by the GMA Hymn and MCA Hymn.

The one who led us on our opening prayer is Teacher Rose Sanchez, the class adviser of
Grades 1&2.

Introduction
Today signifies the months of hard work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge that will
enable our students to embrace opportunities and take on challenges life may bring with
courage, confidence, and wisdom.
Again, this would not be possible without the guidance and support of the parents, the
hard work and patience of our teachers, and the persistence and determination that lies
within the student’s hearts. Please give yourselves a warm round of applause.
Opening Remarks
Also, today is the day that the parents and students around here have waited for so long
in their life. so, without further ado, may we call in ________________ to give his/her

I do believe that the secrets behind this significant event are not only teachers, who
have rendered their invaluable service by guiding these students to the right path but
also the parents who give them the support with financial, love, and encouragement in
every activity in our school.
We will now proceed to the “Giving of Flowers” and Thanksgiving Ceremony.

GRADUATION AND MOVING UP CEREMONY
Ladies and Gentlemen, a very warm greeting to each and every one of you.
Today, we are gathered to witness one of the most exciting moments in a
student’s life. This year’s rite will not be possible without the relentless efforts of
our cherished students, parents’ active involvement, and the persistence of our
teachers and administrators. Today, signifies a time of completion, a successful
end to an academic era culminating with a ceremony, it certainly does close the
door on one school year and begins a new one.
Again, ladies and gentlemen welcome to the Graduation and Moving Up

Today marks a major milestone in the lives of our students for today, we recognize
their triumph over disappointments, frustrations, difficulties, and above all, triumph
over almost losing hope of making it this far.

And now the most significant moment in this completion ceremony has come.
