SHORT TERM NOTICE INVITING EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

(4th Call)

The Executive Engineer (Advertisement) BBMP, Bangalore invites Expression of Interests from
individual (except minor), a Proprietor, partnership firm, public or private limited company incorporated
under the provisions of Indian Companies Act, 1956 or consortium of companies (maximum of three
members) under Single cover bid system having an office at Bangalore / Karnataka with vast experience and
proven record of similar nature of work to provide the services for removal of unauthorized / Illegal
Advertisements, including any form of display defined as Advertisement in the BBMP Advertisement
Byelaws 2006 like hoardings, bus shelter displays, pole kiosks, displays on medians, Sky walks including flexes,
banners and buntings etc in Bruhath Bangalore Mahanagara Palike limits. The tenderers may submit tenders
for the work given in the table through e-procurement portal of the Government of Karnataka (viz
https://eproc.karnataka.gov.in). Other details can be seen in the tender document.

1. Tender documents may be downloaded from the e-procurement portal of the Government of Karnataka
from 04-01-2016
2. Tenders must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit specified for the work in the table below.
Earnest money deposit will have to be in any one of the forms as specified in the Tender document and
shall have to be valid for 45 days beyond the validity of the tender.
3. Tenders must be submitted online through e-procurement portal on or before 1600 hours on 16-01-2016
and the opening of the tenders will be as per the e-procurement portal guidelines.
