Subject: Employee Complaint letter to HR Manager

Dear Ma’am,

I am writing to bring to your notice that the transport facility provided by the
company for the night shift teams is really unsafe. 6 PM, we started from
office after our night shift at 11 PM. The two men were the first to reach the
destination. After that, the chauffer of the cab as well as the security escort
refused to go any further and there was a lack fuel in the car. We tried to
make a point by saying that they should call the office and arrange for
another means by which we could be dropped home, but they denied us
any help.

I on behalf of my fellow cab mates wish you to inform that it will not be
possible for us to continue work if basic requirements and safety of
employees is not taken care of. I hope you would take necessary actions
so that work does not get affected due to this. Please look into the matter
