According to Haydon (2010), people with high level of English proficiency have the advantage

and big opportunity in the developing economy. Living in a developing country will be easier if

an individual has the ability to speak the English language. An individual can do more and have

a greater opportunity if you have dealing with other because you have a deep connection with

each member of the developing country, you have a greater opportunity to develop and do

things that unexpected and trough your communication with others, life is made easier

compared to those in developing countries who have difficulty communicating in English.

Another beauty is that you can quickly enter companies and businesses because people’s trust

in you increases if you are able to deal with other students and teachers. That is why it cannot

be denied that an individual has great potential in a developing country if he does not have

difficulty communicating in the English language.

According to Mitra (2013), The Philippines’ principal strength in the export service sector is the

large, educated workface with strong English language capabilities, because it indicates the

ability to educate and lead to high proficiency in the English language and also helps our

economy to be the top voice outsourcing destination. That’s why the Philippines’ principal

strength the service sector because of strong and educated English language. English is one of

the most used languages in the Philippines, and there are huge advantages when you know

how to use or understand it because it is one of the most famous languages of the Philippines, it

is one of the most used in the country and wherever you go, you can communicate with other

people and it is used more often in jobs.

According to Khajloo(2013) interest is most important factor of difficulties in English profiency it

is said here that interest is the most important thing for you to learn English because you cannot
do something if you do not want to do it or if you are not interested we need interest in

everything we do especially in learning English speaking because it is it is a difficult study and

we need to focus to learn it.

According to Saurik (2011), Identifies that most of English students feel shy when they speak

the language because they think will make mistakes when they are talk. For the reason that it’s

hard to speak when students having a hard time to tell it, because they’re not fluent of speaking

English language. In addition, maybe student have a lock of confidence when they are in a

situation that, they are required to use the English language specifically its not easy when you’re

not used to speak in English. In view of the fact that there are many English language that are

difficult to pronounce or they do not have enough knowledge to say it. They feel ashamed

because they think that some people might judge them because of the way they speak. Perhaps

They understand language as well as they want to say it, but they have difficulty to say it using

the English language.

According to (Casilli 2013), Speaking is an important part of effective communication. It says

that in English speaking is the most crucial skill when it comes to communicating. Speaking

allows us to communicate with others and express our thoughts and feelings. Speaking is not

merely a matter of using words, but it needs a more complicated process of producing speech.

Speaking is a productive skill that needs a lot of practices. Therefore, communicating through

speaking is the way we connect with another.

According to Zuhriyan (2017), Speaking is the way to express something people rally. Speaking

is the way of people express something, means that we communicate with people of course we
communicate by speaking but now we can communicate with people who does not know how to

speak out native language, it is communicating by English mostly of us known how to speak

English word some of has a low self-esteem, and some of as has a tough that if we speak

English correctly or have a wrong grammar they think other might laugh at them but

communicating by English might motivate others to push their to learn and speak English

speaking and communicating English to people orally might have then increase their knowledge

their confidence might build up and their proficiency to communicate with English has a high

possibility to increase up. Many English learners struggle with speaking for three reasons: They

are embarrased by their foreign accent, they don’t remember key words when they need them,

and they can’t really understand when people reply back to them, which leads to awkward

situations, Language is very important in human life, as it ih key to the development unity, and

understanding of our people. So this study will be useful in the following, The English language

is often feared for many reasons that speak this language. In modernity. Youth have greater

capacity for fluency in English speaking language .
