I. Executive Summary

This document included a summary of the services and goods that our business plan had to offer. It
also included information on marketing strategy and feasibility studies. Our company will use the
most recent technology and trends to meet the demands and desires of future clients as determined
by our research and study. Lessening consumer boredom is facilitated by expanding the guest's
recreational opportunities and providing top-notch services. Increased leisure alternatives and
providing top-notch services both help to keep visitors from getting bored. Additionally, it might
make it easier for us to promote the services we offer while also generating more client excitement.

II. Technological Considerations

Because of the pandemic, technology and the internet are more prevalent in this generation than in
previous generations. As a result, many people use technology to avoid making personal
connections, so we came up with the idea of the quickest way to complete tasks by simply using a
telephone system, specifically in the "room extension" to accommodate guests as quickly as possible
and quickly handle any requests for room service, problems, or other issues. It has become a
problem since family engagement has decreased in our more technologically dependent generation
because families' ways of bonding have become dependent on things like smartphone gaming. To aid
with this, we have a concept for our resort where customers can personalize their own canvas bag or
other mementos from our resort. Together, this can strengthen relationships and foster innovation.

III. Existing Marketplace

Capital O 494 Modern Pear Suites & Resorts

They offer different rooms for guest a budget hotel in Manila, is located at a distance of about 3 km
from Clinica Antipolo Hospital & Wellness Center. This is the only nearest resort where we want to
build our Zuraka Boom Boom Resort.

Altaroca Mountain Resort Antipolo

They said ALTAROCA is the perfect getaway for guests who seek a more convenient weekend fun and
relaxation. They also offer different room for guest how will visit the area.
IV. Marketing Strategy
1. Be easily searchable online.
Technology now rules. The days of travel agents are long gone. Travelers of today have
the freedom to conduct their own price comparisons without ever leaving their beds.
Therefore, it makes sense that you aren't getting many reservations if your hotel is
difficult to find online. If you want to appear in people's search results when they need
to make a hotel reservation, you must be EVERYWHERE relevant online for possible
reservations.
75% of tourists begin their search for lodging on search engines.
1. Ensure targeting the right audience
Since many hotels offer both opulent rooms (such presidential suites) and other rooms
that are frequently sold at discounts, they attract a variety of guests with varying income
levels. It is necessary to segment and target these two audiences differently. Even within
the same hotel chain, there are variations based on the location. These are all important
factors to take into account when creating your marketing efforts.
To make sure you're reaching the proper group with the right message, you might need
to divide your audiences into two, three, or even four different campaigns. Of course,
this is less complicated now thanks to technologies like Facebook's targeting options. To
design the appropriate message for the right person at the right time, make sure you
take the time to define your audiences.
2. Allocate more marketing budget during peak booking seasons
As a hotel marketer, you are probably completely aware of the dates of your busiest
booking period, but you can lag behind in terms of ad budgeting. Spending more of your
annual budget during your busiest season only makes sense.
Determine the busy, steady, and calm periods, and then modify your budget accordingly.
Ensure that your windows are not too small. This frequently necessitates forward
preparation, although Google and other ad networks make it quite simple to modify
your budget on the go.

3. Don’t just market the hotel, market the location

There's a good chance that many prospective travelers are still unsure of whether the
city or town where your hotel is situated is the one where they want to spend their
valuable PTO. For this reason, you shouldn't limit your attention to the services that your
hotel provides. While it is a good idea to advertise your infinity pool and top-notch room
service, your location should also be highlighted. What makes your town or city a
popular travel destination? Visitors in the future need to know this.

So in our feasibility analysis we will use online tools like, Survey form or we’re going to send a link of our
proposed business to them. To conduct our feasibility analysis, we were going to do it by showing them
our propose business idea to gain a feedback from them to know if our proposed business is feasible.
