3. Business – It refers to an organization that has a primary objective of gaining profit. It is mostly
engaged in sales of products or services.

4. Beyond Profit – It refers to having a purpose beyond profit. It is the mindset that does not solely
consider profit, it also has the purpose for the brand to be relevant to people’s, lives.

5. Social Responsibility – it is the ethical obligation that requires an individual or organization to

satisfactorily act for the benefit of the community.

enterprise does not solely focus on satisfying customers, it is also concerned with satisfying the
business’s social ambition. The social enterprise also provides the business financial
sustainability and freedom and contributes to the business growth.

2. doing business beyond profit motivation – doing business beyond profit refers to having a
purpose and mindset that does not solely consider profit, and the motivation or reasons for it is
important because it helps the business see how it can help grow and strengthen the business.
The business will also be relevant or important to others.

3. social responsibility in business operation – social responsibility in business operation is

important because it can enhance the efficiency of work, it can also enhance the trust that a
customer has in a business which will increase the possibility of earning their loyalty. Having
social responsibility in the workplace can help a business achieve long term sustainability and
business growth.
