2. Social – refers to the interaction with society. It relates to the interaction between an individual
or organization to another individual or organization.
3. Business – It refers to an organization that has a primary objective of gaining profit. It is mostly
engaged in sales of products or services.
4. Beyond Profit – It refers to having a purpose beyond profit. It is the mindset that does not solely
consider profit, it also has the purpose for the brand to be relevant to people’s, lives.
Performance Task
1. Social Enterprise – social enterprise is important because it helps make work sustainable, social
enterprise does not solely focus on satisfying customers, it is also concerned with satisfying the
business’s social ambition. The social enterprise also provides the business financial
sustainability and freedom and contributes to the business growth.
2. doing business beyond profit motivation – doing business beyond profit refers to having a
purpose and mindset that does not solely consider profit, and the motivation or reasons for it is
important because it helps the business see how it can help grow and strengthen the business.
The business will also be relevant or important to others.
