Define and Explain the following:

1. Corporate Entrepreneurship - Corporate entrepreneurship is a phrase that refers to


entrepreneurial action that takes place within well-established mid-sized and big
enterprises. Organizational entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, corporate venturing, and
strategic entrepreneurship are additional concepts that are frequently used or related.
Corporate entrepreneurship initiatives involve staff members by allowing them the
freedom and self-expression to fully engage in new prospects. Because they feel valued
and driven, people become more confident and develop their skill sets. Most crucially,
however, productivity rises as a result.

2. Strategic Orientation - The capacity to connect the long-term goal of Indigenous


self-determination to daily tasks through strategic orientation can range from a basic
comprehension to a sophisticated grasp of the full implications of thinking and doing. An
organization's strategic orientation is a sign of its future goals and how well-positioned it
is to achieve them.

3. Entrepreneurship philosophy toward rewards - The major goals of an


organization's reward philosophy should be to potentially recruit and retain quality
workers, keep them happy in their jobs, prevent them from quitting, and inspire them at
work. A rewards philosophy establishes the foundation and rules for designing a plan
that is in keeping with organizational culture and values. Having a stated and recorded
philosophy offers several benefits, whereas many organizations just have an implicit
one.

4. Entrepreneurial orientation toward culture - It has been established that a strong


entrepreneurial orientation is a critical component of high-performing organizations, and
the importance of culture in fostering this orientation has been emphasized. By
highlighting disparities in the entrepreneurial-oriented dimensions among the chosen
countries, this study seeks to understand the effect of culture. Culture has a significant
impact on entrepreneurship. Cultural values determine the social value ascribed to
entrepreneurial practices, which in turn affects the entrepreneur's social standing and
the social differentiation of the entrepreneurial process.

5. Entrepreneurial orientation toward growth - Intrapreneurship is the term used to


describe entrepreneurship within a company. Offering new services or introducing new
products is a common way for businesses to expand. They create it themselves rather
than acquiring a business that already offers that good or service. Internal development
is a technique for putting a strategy into practice. Companies need personnel with a
high entrepreneurial attitude to leverage prospects for intrapreneurship.

6. Loss Orientation -This involves concentrating on the specific loss in order to create
an explanation for why the loss happened. It also involves working through and
processing a particular component of the loss experience, which has the effect of
severing emotional ties to the lost item.

7. Restoration Orientation - Focusing on the specific loss in order to create an


explanation for why it happened is known as restoration orientation. involves working
